Icarus
A Valorant strategy and line-up tool published on the Microsoft Store, built around a drawing system teams use to create, save and iterate on strategies locally.
The problem
Teams plan strategies in screenshots and voice calls, and lose them immediately.
How I approached it
A robust map drawing system with a local file format (.ica) so strategies are real saved documents that can be reopened and iterated, not chat attachments.
The outcome
Published on the Microsoft Store with a public dev log.
