The problem
Off-the-shelf POS costs a monthly fee per terminal and needs connectivity the shop doesn't always have.
How I approached it
One React build serves two roles: packaged into a fullscreen WebView shell for the counter tablet, and served as a companion site so the owner can check sales remotely — same code, no divergence.
The outcome
A shipped release APK running a working counter.
