Classic Pares POS
A real tablet point-of-sale system running in a restaurant: menu, cart, tickets, inventory and reports, packaged as an Android app and doubling as a remote reporting site.

The problem
Off-the-shelf POS costs a monthly fee per terminal and needs connectivity the shop doesn't always have.

How I approached it
One React build serves two roles: packaged into a fullscreen WebView shell for the counter tablet, and served as a companion site so the owner can check sales remotely. Same code, no divergence.

The outcome
A shipped release APK running a working counter.
