The problem
Time-tracking tools either demand manual entry or surveil without consent.
How I approached it
Tracking is explicitly consent-gated and runs locally; active window sampling feeds near-real-time analytics, with OCR available for context and full data export so nothing is locked in.
The outcome
Automatic tracking that the person being tracked actually controls.
