The problem
Reviewers give everyone the same question order regardless of what they already know.

How I approached it
A per-topic mastery model updates on every answer and feeds a scheduler that pulls the next question from wherever the evidence is weakest. The bank itself stays on the server: the browser is sent a manifest of ids, topics and difficulty priors, which is everything the scheduler needs to decide what to ask and nothing worth copying, and the questions themselves arrive a batch at a time.

Related work
